ISIT organised an event on Cyber Security for SME jointly with Peenya Industries Association on 29th October 2024. The chief guest was Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mr. Pavan N, Cyber Crime Police Station, North Division, Bangalore. We had 50 plus participants, all owners of different industries. It was a very attentive & appreciative audience. Mr. Pavan N elaborated on how cyber criminals are trapping people at organisation and individual levels and what action needs to be taken by the owners or individuals if become victims of cyber-attack. ISIT spoke about how it can help organisations to prepare themselves to prevent cyber-attacks. The participants taken the points positively and were appreciative of ISIT's efforts to make them aware of the risks & keen to enlist ISIT support to prevent cyber-attacks. We also thank Shri Shiva Kumar R, President Peenya Industries Association and his Committee Members for a well organised Event at the PIA Auditorium, Peenya, Bengaluru.
